Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) is a specialized form of manual therapy that utilizes static pressure on specific myofascial points to relieve pain. This technique manipulates the soft tissue of the body (muscles, tendons and connective tissue) to balance the central nervous system.
Relaxation Massage or Swedish Massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation and ease muscle tension.
Deep Tissue Massage involves using direct deep pressure of friction applied across the grain of the muscles. This direct pressure works by physically breaking down these adhesions to relieve pain and restore normal movement.

Prenatal or Pregnancy Massage is massage therapy performed during pregnancy after the first trimester that can reduce anxiety, address the inevitable discomforts associated with the skeletal and circulatory changes and relieve muscle aches and joint pains.
Massage Cupping is the application of various shaped cups that suction onto your back, drawing out the body’s toxins. The cups are left on and moved around the body. After they’re removed, you may be left with circular marks, called a ‘cup kiss’ in varying shades depending on the amount of toxins in the body.

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. This essential “time element” has to do with the viscous flow and the piezoelectric phenomenon: a low load (gentle pressure) applied slowly will allow a viscoelastic medium (fascia) to elongate.
Reflexology is a form of bodywork that focuses primarily on the feet. There are "reflex" areas on the feet and hands that correspond to specific organs, glands, and other parts of the body.
